Hello Friends!! We are so thankful that you have taken the time to read our updates and invest into our lives. Each and every friend, family member, acquaintance, and future friend is such a blessing to our family! The truth is.. we could NOT live the life we do without an amazing support team and the many prayers prayed for us. Always know that the prayers are returned as we thank God for each one of you and pray that He returns the blessings 10 fold!
So who are we? Well you might be asking this question if you've yet to meet us or if our encounter was brief, so we wanted to take some time to share a little about our family and how we got to the place where we currently are. To say it simply, we are a family from Jacksonville, FL who loves Jesus with our whole hearts and has felt His call to waste our lives serving the people of the world who have never heard the name Jesus! Our family currently consists of Mike, Jenn, and Sophia, though we know the Lord will continue to add to our numbers so be on the look out as additions are made. ;) Married in September 2013, we have spent the first year of marriage at the Youth With A Mission base in Jacksonville where our time has been filled with pregnancy, growing in marriage, serving in various roles at the base including leading a Discipleship Training School, and loving those around us. It was in the Summer of 2014 when we felt the Lord lead us to make steps to finally move overseas as full-time workers. As individuals Mike and I (Jenn) both felt the call from Jesus to spend our lives sharing the love of Jesus with those who had never heard. It has been such a gift that God brought us together, it is so true that a team can accomplish much more than someone going at it alone. We know that God has dreamed up some big dreams for our marriage and we have joyfully said YES to wherever His dreams will take us! We have already seen one of those dreams come true with the birth of our first child, Sophia Jael. Though a somewhat unexpected surprise, we have been filled with excitement and love since the moment we found out we were expecting! So here we are, just a little family of three that have committed to a life of simply saying Yes to Jesus as we trust His heart and follow His lead into the nations of the world!
